Arsonsisi S.p.A. to sell its Powder Coating division to PPG and invest new resources to strengthen its presence in the industrial liquid coatings business.

This transaction, which is expected to close in the first quarter, is testament to a strategy in line with current trends and a careful choice on the operations and technology of a company that since the ’70s has demonstrated particular skill and expertise in this sector through important technological innovations and productive investments.
Arsonsisi will continue to enthusiastically devote itself to the production and sale of its vast range of liquid paints for industrial use, which include high quality specialty products for numerous sectors, as well as UV coatings, electroplating, anti-corrosion and tinting systems.
