A trip through the Arsonsisi departments of the Verbania plant, to discover powder coating production processes.
Arsonsisi has been at the forefront of the Italian industrial coatings scene ever since it became the first company to introduce powder coatings in Italy way back in the 1970s, having understood before most the potential that low environmental impact technology was going to have and the role these coatings were going to play in the global market.
The company enhanced its profile in 2009 when it acquired the BASF powder coatings business.
Arsonsisi produces powder coatings in its Verbania plant, on Lake Maggiore.
The range includes epoxy, epoxy polyester, polyester and polyurethane powder coatings for interior and exterior use, with a wide choice of colours and gloss levels.
In the video the spectator can go on a dynamic trip to discover the production departments. It starts in the areas where storage and the mixing of raw materials take place, then it enters the core of the productive process to witness the extrusion, grinding and packaging of the powder.
The tour continues in the quality control and research and development labs and ends in the finished products warehouse, where powder coatings are ready to be shipped all over the world.
