Business acquisition of Tecnocolor Industria Vernici e Smalti S.r.l. completed.
The Junionfin group, consisting of of important industrial companies which operate in the production and commercialisation of paints for the retail and industry segments – including J Colors, Elcrom and Arsonsisi – has recently acquired the business of Tecnocolor Industria Vernici e Smalti S.r.l. based in Trezzano sul Naviglio (MI).
For over 50 years, Tecnocolor has been manufacturing highly technological liquid coatings for the protection and colouring of metals, light alloys, various forms of plastics and glass, utilising sophisticated application techniques such as immersion, electrodeposition and UV rays.
Production of the paints previously manufactured in Trezzano will now be transferred to Arsonsisi’s new plant in Berlingo (BS) where a vast array of other types of liquid industrial coatings are manufactured before being distributed all over Europe and north America. Whilst the Tecnocolor products will maintain their original names and characteristics, they will, as of today, be commercialised using the trade mark Arsonsisi, along with other specialised coating products originally known with the brand names Masciadri-Arsonsisi, Colorificio Sebino and Colorificio Orsi.
Carlo Junghanns, President of Junionfin and Arsonsisi, is hugely satisfied with the acquisition, both in terms of product portfolio expansion and increase in sales volumes, commenting:
